Interested in working for a company that is helping others “go green” using remanufactured and recycled printer cartridges? We have a need for a part time Ink Tech / Customer Service Representative.

We are looking for a high-energy, motivated individual to work in our retail store, refilling ink cartridges and working with customers.

We specialize in remanufactured inkjet and toner cartridges. We provide remanufactured or compatible alternatives for nearly any printer. We currently offer refilled and remanufactured cartridges for HP, Epson, Dell, Lexmark, Canon, Brother, Sharp, Xerox and more.

Ink Station provides printing solutions to both home and business customers. Our refilled inkjet cartridges and remanufactured toner cartridges are ecologically-friendly and economically-friendly. Our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We test all of our cartridges before they are refilled to ensure that we are using high-quality recycled cartridges, and we test them after refilling to ensure they provide a high-quality print.

Hours

Ink Station is open 9am - 6pm wekdays, and 9am - 5pm on Saturday. Shifts are generally scheduled from open to 1pm, and from 1pm to close, with some variation depending on need. The schedule will typically include 2-3 weekday shifts and a Saturday shift.

Main Responsibilities

Learn all of ink stations’ products and solutions
Help customers identify which cartridges they need
Process transactions through our point of sale system
Watch inventory levels and create refill batches as necessary
Sort and process empty cartridges
Learn all aspects of cartridge refilling
Conduct quality control tests on refilled cartridges
Package and label refilled cartridges

Requirements
If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

Ability to learn point of sale program quickly
Strong communication skills
Excellent work ethic
Self-starter attitude
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to multi-task
