Ink Station began in October 2007 as a retail business, offering lower cost refilled cartridges. Cartridges were refilled in-house, using state of the art equipment designed and built by a precision-engingeering company. Word spread to the business community, and Ink Station became the supplier of choice for local businesses looking to save money.

In 2009, Ink Station was awarded a Small Business of the Year Award by the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. Sales were growing, and Ink Station partnered with a U.S. manufacturer of remanufactured inkjet and toner cartridges in order to meet the demand.

In 2011, Ink Station began a new chapter. In order to meet the needs of both its residential and commercial clients, Ink Station moved into a warehouse location that would allow it to carry more inventory to satisfy demand. Ink Station is continuing to develop new services, including Managed Print Services powered by EON, and create new partnerships in order to better serve its clients. Today, Ink Station provides supplies from every major manufacturer.
